El Paso Improving Quality of Life

We are dedicated to supporting low-income communities to ensure that families living in poverty receive the educational and career support they need to help break the cycle of poverty.

In partnership with El Paso County Housing Authority, Improving Quality of Life is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides the Family Services Program with comprehensive programs that enable HUD-assisted families to increase their self-sufficiency through education, and job training to reduce their dependency on public assistance and rental subsidies.
