The Salvation Army- El Paso is led by Captains Luis Villanueva & Marianne Villanueva. We are a global, faith- based organization dedicated to helping those in need without discrimination. Rooted in Christian values, we are committed to providing programs that address both the immediate and long-term term goals of our community.

Through partnerships with local churches, businesses and dedicated volunteers we work to address immediate needs and offer a pathway to towards stability and self-sufficiency for those facing homelessness and hunger.
