The First Tee of Greater El Paso

Our mission is: To impact the lives of young people in the greater El Paso area by providing educational programs that build character, instill life enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. The First Tee of Greater El Paso is 10 years old and is part of the First Tee network. Our program is for children ages 3 1/2 to 18.  We are located at the Ascarate Golf Course with 2 program locations at Butterfield Trail Golf Club and Ft. Bliss Underwood Golf Complex.  Since our inception in 2008 we have served more than 4500 youth in the greater El Paso area. 

The First Tee of Greater El Paso is a non-profit youth organization  where life skills, core values and healthy habits are taught  through the game of golf.  We have classes for children ages 3 1/2 to 18.  We have many different types of classes.  We have a Home School class on Tuesdays from 1:00-2:30 for those students who are Home Schooled.  We have a class for 3 1/2 to 5 year olds called the Wee Ones Class (on Saturdays).  We have the "Purcell" Special kids class for all ages of students who have special needs.  We have classes for the Beginner players and for the advanced players.
