Who We Are
The Department of Community and Human Development (DCHD) serves as a catalyst for community partnerships, collaboration and change that will revitalize low and moderate income neighborhoods, enhance human services, promote accessibility, expand housing opportunities, and improve the quality of life for low and moderate income persons in El Paso.
At the moment, we are coordinating the City's efforts to bring awareness about Census, encouraging citizens to act and participate in this response.
