We Serve to Remember: El Paso Community Clean Up Event

This student-led 9/11 Day of Service honors the lives lost on September 11, 2001, while recognizing the courage and sacrifice of first responders, military personnel, veterans, healthcare professionals, and all who continue to serve our communities. Rather than remembering solely through ceremony, we believe the greatest tribute we can offer is serving our community together. The event will bring together students, educators, families, first responders, veterans, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community volunteers to restore an illegal dumping site through a large-scale cleanup and beautification project. Participants will also have opportunities to engage with community resource booths and learn about civic engagement, environmental responsibility, and volunteerism.
