Community Resources and Health Fair

Hope is on the Rise Ministries invites you to attend the first Neighborhood Community Resources and Health Fair. There will be free health screenings to check blood pressure, cholesterol, oxygen, kid's dental screenings. There will also be providers on-site to provide information on applying for and/or renewing cases with Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP. Immunizations will be provided for children...bring your child's immunization card. Over 20 agencies will provide medical, social, dental, and community-related assistance. Join us!!
