Calling all Goblins and Ghosts of the night! Creep, float or crawl over to
CASFV’s Annual Halloween Carnival
featuring games for kids of all ages, prizes and candies!!
Location: 580 Giles Rd. El Paso, TX, 79915.
Carnival games will be from 5pm-7pm
Trick or Trunk will be from 7pm-8pm
Volunteer Options: 4 pm-10pm (includes cleanup)
Host a game booth-Tables will be provided by CASFV but volunteers would be in charge of creating a game, decorations, candy and/or prizes. You are more than welcome to bring a canopy, banners from your business/organization and display it. If you are planning on putting up lights, please bring your own extension cords. Please keep games and decorations family friendly. (10 booths available, perfect for groups)
Assist with a booth-CASFV’s staff in charge of booths, decorations, candy, and/or prizes. Volunteer will help staff with the games and giving out prizes. (10 booths available, 1 to 2 volunteers per table)
Trick or Trunk-We will have vehicle/table and/or canopy spaces available for the trick or trunk where candy is handed out only. You do have to bring your own decorations and candy. There are different options available this year: you can bring in your car, decorate it, and pass out candy; you can bring in your own table and/or canopy, decorate it and pass out candy. Bring your banners from your business/organizations and display it. Please be aware that for those that will be bringing in their vehicle, you will not be able to leave until the end due to placement of the vehicles and safety of our clients. (20 spaces available, 1 per group)
Traffic Control- We need volunteers to help out with traffic control. You will be provided with a safety vest and you will redirect walking traffic to the nearest crosswalk. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, perfect for a group. (5 Volunteers)
Donations- If you can’t make it but still wish to help out, we are asking for donations of candies, bags, children costumes, and Halloween decorations. Donations can be dropped off our Family Resource Center located 580 Giles Rd. El Paso, TX, 79915.
