CASFV’s Annual Fall Carnival
fun for all ages, prizes and candies!!
Date: October 26, 2019
Location: 580 Giles Rd. El Paso, TX, 79915.
Carnival games will be from 4pm-7pm
Haunted house 6pm-7pm
Volunteer Options: 2pm-8:30pm (includes cleanup)
Host a game booth-Tables will be provided by CASFV but volunteers would be in charge of creating a game, decorations, candy and/or prizes. Keep it in line with our theme this year, Stranger Things and the Fun Fair. You are more than welcome to bring a canopy, banners from your business/organization and display it. If you are planning on putting up lights, please bring your own extension cords. Please keep games and decorations family friendly. (37 booths available, perfect for groups)
Traffic Control- We need volunteers to help out with traffic control. You will be provided with a safety vest and you will redirect walking traffic to the nearest crosswalk. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, perfect for a group. (4 Volunteers)
Haunted House- volunteers will come in costume, 80's attire, and will be placed in different areas of the haunted house. We will also need your help to set-up and breakdown. If you have or want to create any Stranger Things costumes please bring them with you. (30 volunteers needed)
We are also in need of extra volunteers be be floaters. (4 volunteers)
Donations- If you can’t make it but still wish to help out, we are asking for donations of candies, bags, children costumes, and Halloween decorations. Donations can be dropped off our Family Resource Center located 580 Giles Rd. El Paso, TX, 79915.
