Needs From: Volunteer El Paso

Help shape the future of Doctor Sonrisas in the El Paso–Ciudad Juárez border region.

Doctor Sonrisas is seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about helping children and families by strengthening the organization's long-term growth and community impact.

As a Strategic Partnerships & Community Mentor, you will advise and support our team in developing relationships with businesses, hospitals, universities, foundations, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders. You may also help identify new partnership opportunities, corporate engagement programs, workplace giving initiatives, and volunteer networks that can expand our mission.

This is a skills-based volunteer opportunity designed for professionals who want to share their experience, ideas, and connections. Your guidance can help strengthen our organization while supporting the development of sustainable programs for children and families throughout the El Paso–Ciudad Juárez border community.

This position is flexible and can be performed remotely or in person. Visiting Ciudad Juárez is welcome but completely optional.

Doctor Sonrisas is seeking creative volunteers to help share the impact of our mission across the El Paso–Ciudad Juárez border community.

Volunteers may assist with photography, videography, graphic design, social media content, storytelling, website updates, newsletters, and digital communications. Whether documenting special events, creating engaging content, or supporting our communications strategy remotely, your work will help raise awareness and inspire others to get involved.

This opportunity is ideal for students and professionals in communications, marketing, journalism, photography, videography, graphic design, public relations, or digital media.

Some opportunities may include attending events and programs in El Paso or Ciudad Juárez. Remote projects are also available based on the volunteer's interests and availability.
