YWCA TLC Yard Sale
Saturday the 3rd of November from 6am-2:30pm in 2 or 4 hour shifts or all day! The event will take place at the TLC back yard, the entrance is on Altura street. Volunteers can park on Stevens street and Lily Vega will be the contact person. Only water will be provided so please feel free to bring snacks and additional beverages.
Duties include:
- Taking items out of the building and set up in the Yard Sale area
- creating and posting/holding signs on nearby street corners to direct customers
- continual sorting clothes and items for sale
- assisting customers
- clean up – packing items and return them to the garage or donation room.
- volunteers can also shop and help spread the word about the event and invite their friends and family!
