Who We Are
The TecH2O Water Resources Learning Center is owned and operated by El Paso Water, a non-profit, municipal public utility that serves the city of El Paso and about 95% of the county population.
What We Do
Promote water education, water conservation and total water management in the Chihuahuan Desert. At the TecH2O Center, we are proud to support and inspire sustainable water practices that benefit El Paso's future.
