As a collaborative, our mission is to foster efficient, streamlined service delivery to people affected by disaster, while eliminating unnecessary duplication of effort through cooperation. EP VOAD collaborates with government and other relief organizations.

VOAD is a forum where community organizations share knowledge and resources throughout the disaster cycle—preparation, response and recovery—to help disaster victims and their communities. It was founded to foster the four C’s—communication, coordination, collaboration, and cooperation in order to better serve people impacted by disasters
