The Center Against Sexual and Family Violence has partnered with Camp HOPE of America to provide their only evidence-based camping model that focuses on trauma-exposed youth. We are currently seeking volunteer counselors between the ages of 18 and 24 (17 if high school senior) who are empathetic, and enthusiastic in supporting our goal to help end the cycle of family violence.
Camp Hope America is the first nationwide camping, and mentoring initiative to focus on children exposed to family violence. The vision for Camp HOPE America is to break the generational cycle by providing team building activities, character trait awards, values-based programming, zip lining, archery, and other Challenge by Choice activities.
