In celebration of Mother's Day, Mom's Day Out invites local moms and daughters to join us for an afternoon filled with motivational speakers, pampering sessions and women empowerment. This free event will take place on April 30 from 4-6pm at EPCC Building (9050 Viscount, Building B). The event includes speakers, zen zone pampering stations, dance performances, musical entertainment, food, goodies and prizes. We aim to celebrate moms, promote wellness, encourage positive mental health, promote self-care, and pamper mothers.
This charity event is welcoming deserving moms for an afternoon of self-care. Volunteers are needed to assist with set-up, decorating, registration table, serving food, assisting speakers, aiding with the relaxation and creativity station, clean up and breakdown.
Donations of toiletries and gently used purse are collected to support local shelters.
This event is hosted by the Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT), is a non-profit state-wide organization established in 1986 to promote the advancement of women in public, corporate and civic life through education, personal and professional development. We believe that by women coming together in a spirit of corroboration, we can make a difference!
