Are you looking for an opportunity to learn more and contribute to Human Resources Operations?
Under supervision of the Human Resources Administrator, the student will perform basic clerical tasks and administrative support to assist the Human Resources Services, and other administrative staff with general office work such as filing, data entry, and Internet research tasks. This will include maintaining staff records while maintaining confidentially of all agency records and ensures accuracy when entering data, breaking down and analyzing aggregated data, conducting research, and assisting with generating reports. The student will also conduct and maintain records on employee satisfaction surveys and other monitoring reports for various divisions. By the end of the semester the student will have a working understanding of non-profit programming operations, human resources policies and procedures, research methods, data analysis, YWCA programs.
