The YWCA El Paso del Norte Region is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. We do this by encouraging volunteers to use their gifts, abilities, and time to help support the YWCA and help serve our communities. We demonstrate commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and equality. We’re only able to bring these much-needed programs to our community through the support of local volunteers.
Get Involved: YWCA After School Program
YWCA After School Programs serve children from ages 4-12 on their school campus from the time the bell rings until their parents can pick them up at 6 pm. With programs in more than 40 elementary schools in El Paso, we are the largest provider of after-school programs in the city and strive to serve the needs of parents and students.
The YWCA After School Programs are looking for volunteers who are friendly, patient and loving to children. Volunteer opportunities are available at every location. Schedules are flexible.
