YWCA Early Learning Centers strive to ensure that children unlock their potential, our YWCA Early Learning Centers are warm, friendly places that foster exploration, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity and growth. Each site is staffed with highly trained, nurturing caregivers who appreciate each and every child, as they are now, and for the amazing person they will grow up to be! 

With more than 30 years of experience in childcare, the YWCA is your best choice for childcare in El Paso! Contact your nearest YWCA Early Learning Center to take a tour of your child’s future learning center.

We are childcare are partners for: UTEP, EPCC, the Children’s Learning Institute, EPISD, The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso, and the Department of Defense. The YWCA has also partnered with the Department of the Army and Army Child Care in Your Neighborhood program to provide program materials and equipment to support the national accreditation of our Early Learning Centers.

Our Early Learning Centers need 10 volunteers that are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am-5:30 pm to assist teachers in the classroom with children's activities. 

Flexible shifts and availability available for our volunteers.
