Here is a chance to get into the holiday spirit of giving! Every Holiday season, The Fountains of Farrah Barnes & Noble offers a local nonprofit organization the chance to gift wrap at their store for donations.
This year, they have selected United Way of El Paso County as the recipient of their Holiday Gift Wrapping Program. The store will provide a station complete with wrapping paper and other supplies, and United Way provides the wrappers (volunteers).
Barnes & Noble customers can then get their books wrapped for the holidays, and tip the volunteers for their service. All proceeds benefit the United Way Community Impact Fund.
Volunteer shifts begin November 29, 2019, and run through December 23, 2019. Volunteers are asked to attend a volunteer orientation by phone prior to a shift. Orientations start Monday, November 25th.
