The purpose of the 2024 El Paso United’s Day of Remembrance is to commemorate the 5-year mark of the August 3rd mass casualty event. It provides a safe space for the community to come together and honor the lives lost in the 2019 tragedy and to reflect on our city's tenacity.
Volunteers are needed on August 2 to help assemble 3,500 luminarias at the Ascarate Park Pavilion.
